  1. Hello. I found your blog yesterday. I am at home from work sick, blah! But it has been a sheer delight reading through all of your travels. I tried to e-mail, but for some reason I was not allowed. I hope neither of you mind me contacting you through your comments box. I would like the barbecue recipe- rub, mop and sauce, please.

I was also wondering where I would find the silicone ramekins. I think that is what they would be called. They are the colorful little “bowls” you use for your eggs.

And lastly, we would be one of those couples you would wonder about and make up some illustrious story to explain or behaviors. We do not currently have an Airstream; we own a 1976 Kit Companion. It is our first travel trailer and we love our little lady. But we also currently have 4 dogs, 2 are certified Search and Rescue dogs. So we travel around the intermountain west frequently for searches and training seminars.

An additional little aside I live in Driggs ID, and if you ever fly through our airport again, you should eat at Pendls. It is a charming spot in town.

  2. @downhilldeb: Thanks for your comments! We’ll post the rib recipes soon! The silicone egg poachers I found on amazon (if you click on our amazon store link in the right column, you can find a link to them there I believe.)

Your travels sound so interesting! Thanks for the tip on Pendls…always nice to have a list of “stop here”s.

    Happy travels!

I will look on Amazon, but unless I am a complete dink, which has know to be the case on occasions in the past, they are not on the side bar. I looked there first before inquiring.

I hope you make it back to the Tetons soon.

  4. Can I just say how much I enjoy your blog. The hexacopter shots are amazing; I must have one :-).

    Thanks for sharing.

  5. Hi Tim,
Thank you so much!! 🙂 Kevin’s really enjoying the hexacopter, and those shots will only be improving I think.

p.s. Are you going to be at Alumafandango in Denver in August?

  6. Hey Laura Yes, I am planning to attend Alumfandango. I signed up as soon as they opened registration. It will be my first rally, and I am really looking forward to it!

  7. Tim: That’s great! We’ll also be there! -L

  8. Great! Maybe I can get a live demo of the hexacopter? 🙂

  9. I don’t think you’ll have to twist Kevin’s arm much for that. 🙂
