We decided to dry camp at Alumafandango, so we never connected to electric or water (there was no sewer) while we were there – Tuesday through Sunday.
Our AM Solar power system kept up with our electric needs 100% – we had 100% battery charge when we left. We ran computers, espresso machine, microwave, Traeger pellet grill, hair dryer, flat iron, lights, TVs, music system, and charged hexacopter batteries. The lowest our batteries ever got during the week was 88%.
Our AM Solar system ROCKS!
Our fresh water was at 1/4 capacity when we left. We took four showers, washed dishes, brushed our teeth, etc.
Our grey water was at 1/2 capacity when we left (still in the "green").
Our black water was at 5/8 capacity when we left. We used less than a half-bottle of propane (7.5 gal bottles). The propane ran our refirgerator, stove, oven, and hot water heater.
As usual, fresh water was the most precious resource.

Here's a shot looking toward the amusement park as the lights are coming on (exit/back entrance to The Breezeway on the left between our Airstream and Tiffani & Deke's Airstream):

It was sad to say goodbye to everyone today.
And here's my attempt to photograph the Wild Chipmunk sign while riding the Cyclone. Perfect:
And here's our group, having tons of fun. Bumper boats (Tiffani and Deke):

Then we did a little open house touring of some other Airstreams. Here are a few of our faves (that I happened to take photos of, anyway):
This is a 40 footer that Timeless Travel Trailers worked on.
Lovely, isn't it?
Above is the bathroom sink. Below is the back end with the bedroom. Love the lamps.
Tons of storage.
I love how the chair matches the awning on this vintage Airstream:
You can see the 40ft Airstream in the center of this shot. Two doors!
Airstream open house was fun. We met some cool folks and saw some really creative and gorgeous interiors.
Tonight the park is open and we plan to ride a few rides after we have Breezeway Happy Hour and dinner.
]]>Then (2) we came back to the Airstream and grabbed the camera gear and walked around the amusement park while it's still all closed (they open tomorrow for the weekend) and took some photos.
First, here are a couple shots of our little Airstream compound at Alumafandango. This is us on the right, and Kyle Finley's Airstream parked perpendicular to us:
And here's us on the right, Tiffani and Deke just beyond us, parallel (thus creating the cool covered partio/party room now referred to as "The Breezeway") and Kyle Finley on the left. We arranged the tiki torches into a little gate entrance way to The Breezeway.
And on to the amusement park. Love the signage in this place.

And the rest of the day: (3) Working, and then this evening we're meeting with a client for dinner up near Boulder. Tomorrow from 10am-1pm is open house here at Alumafandango so we should get so see some cool interiors! Then tomorrow night the amusement park is open so we'll be riding some rides (and taking some photos of the cool night lights).

This morning we'll work a bit and then head into town with Tiffani and Deke to get some supplies for the Mai Tai bar. As you can see in some of the photos, the trailers are parked pretty close together here. There are some spots where one Airstream's awning overlaps with the next Airstream's windows if they're the tilt-out kind. It's kinda crazy…not much room to set up the cute outside environment I normally like to set up. (And definitely not enough room for the little outdoor photo studio I'd planned to set up.) Since we're next to Tiffani and Deke we made a fun combined space between us yesterday. They put their awning out, we put our window awning out, and we made a cool little shaded patio. The solar tiki torches will be fully charged after all day in the sun today, and Tiffani put out a bunch of cute lights last night so our little patio should be looking super festive tonight.

We made it. And then we had to work (after spending SO many hours at the Ford dealer and the body shop and running miscellaneous errands we were a bit behind). So we've not really socialized at all yet (we caught up with Kyle Bolstad when we arrived). But tomorrow….we're all over it.
Update: Deke & Tiffani just arrived! Yay! Just in time for us to be done with work!
