Candlestick RV Park, San Francisco, CA

I thought I'd show you guys how lovely it is where we are.

However, we've got a molasses-glazed pork tenderloin cooking on the Traeger, and inside I'm steaming some small globe artichokes and making some mushroom parmesan risotto. We've got a martini in hand, and life is good…even crammed into this parking lot as we are.

  1. Glad it’s working out for you there, but really, there are so many wonderful state, regional and national parks with great facilities within an hour of the city, how did you end up here?

  2. @A Facebook User: You know, by “lovely” I didn’t really mean “lovely”. ๐Ÿ™‚ We ended up here because we have work in the city and this place has an hourly shuttle to and from where we need to go. Driving and parking downtown with a big truck just didn’t seem awesome to us, and since it’s a work-week, we figured we could just do some laundry, take several hot showers per day, shuttle for cheap in and out of the city and just deal with it for a few days. THEN we’ll go back to the pretty places. ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. Don’t turn right when you leave.

  4. I love your meals (even though we’re pescatarian).

  5. Thanks Leigh! ๐Ÿ™‚ -L
