We rented a boat today at Detroit Lake and went fishing for trout. We caught about a dozen trout, but only kept three to eat.
Kevin knows how to filet fish, but these are a little too small for that, so we looked up how to clean 'em on the internet. (Nice job, hunny!) :)
We're frying 'em up (whole) for dinner (flour, cayenne, salt, pepper, butter, olive oil), along with some mushroom risotto and a ceasar salad.
It's quite difficult to take an appetizing photo of food with an iPhone. Trust me, it was delicious.
