<p>Hike was about 7 miles total, and according to my <strong><a href="http://www.fitbit.com/" target="_blank">FitBit</a></strong>, equal to 90 flights of stairs. Woohoo! We stopped by the <strong><a href="http://www.spudpointcrab.com/" target="_blank">Spud Point Crab Co</a></strong>. to get some chowder and a crab sandwich for lunch, but turns out they&#39;re closed on Wednesdays so we went back to the Boathouse for some fish and prawns and chips. Good the second time, too.</p>
