					<description><![CDATA[We always love stopping in &quot;artsy,&quot; colorful Coupeville when Rving up Whidby island.  Usually take the ferry from Port T., then drive north to stay in Anacortes at the &quot;dock.&quot; Both lovely places to visit. One of the Coupeville storekeepers told us it doesn&#039;t rain all that much because it&#039;s in the &quot;rain shadow&quot; of Olympic Mtns.
