I bought the 4.2 Qt before we had the Airstream so I wasn’t thinking of size. I have used it to bake bread and I have made French Onion soup for 8 in it (carmelizing onions in the oven, then on stovetop for the rest).

I was JUST looking at the Joseph Joseph set of nested cooking tools today! The Emil Henry dutch oven looks great! What size do you think is a good size for two people?

I’ll be adding my Emil Henry Dutch Oven and my cast iron pot/lid/frying pan combo when we start full-timing.
