					<description><![CDATA[Clean before cooking, then you have the 2 halves.  Put about 2 inches of water in pot with something in pot to keep crab out of water, turn on the heat with pot covered, till you have steam.  Throw in crab halves, 14-16 minuts later, crab are done. Pick and enjoy.  This method will get you much more crab in pot, and a lot less fuel to cook the crab.  Purists may not agree, but I cannot notice any difference.  Dan and Pat, Rogue]]></description>
