Starting the Weekend Out Right

Finished up with work today and headed back over to Gourmet Au Bay for a little wine and cheese. LOVE this place. Oh. I mentioned that already.

Came home with a dozen farm eggs (thanks Sissy!!)  They were ALL pale greenish blue. Love. 


These eggs are layed by Araucana chickens. We get farm eggs from Champoeg Farms at home in Portland, and I always look through the cartons to make sure I get a few with both brown and green ones, because I'm a dork like that.

Going to start up the Traeger now and grill some barbacoa we picked up from Fresh & Easy and make some tacos for dinner. Happy Friday!
