Having been fortunate enough to stumble upon Laura and family before leaving camp I can say that their Home Sweet Home is even more spectacular in person. She does have great taste and I only wish that we had been at camp the same time they were to smell some of her cooking!

Very nice!! I see you have the other key holder we were looking at, too! Those Ikea hooks are great. Having a place right outside the shower to hang clothes and towels while showering is super convenient, and I love that they fold up and blend in with the overall look of the trailer when they aren’t being used.

Definitely let me know when your blog is up…I’ll be looking forward to hearing how the full timing is for you guys.

Thanks for the info! We were just talking over the weekend about how we needed to replace that.

I’m in the process of designing our blog, and I’ll let you know when it’s up! Not many pics yet, and we still have a lot to add (much of the stuff will be migrating from the stickhouse to the AS, and we’re still using it in the house). We have many of those same hooks from IKEA that you got, too, that are just waiting to find their own place once we use the trailer more and figure out where they belong.

Thanks for your comment! Yep, timer from Anthropologie. 🙂 The decorating part is so much fun, isn’t it? If you have pics of your interior I’d love to see ’em.

Our doorguard came from here: http://vintagetrailering.com/accessories/doorguards%20and%20stuff.htm. We had it on our first Airstream (a 2005 22′ Int’l CCD) and just moved it over when we bought the 2010 27’FB Int’l. I love it!

Hi, I saw one of your posts on the airforums. My husband and I have the same model as you (and similar tastes it looks like — down to the kitchen timer— Anthropologie, right?). We’re getting ready to start full timing in about a month and a half and had our first shakedown trip in our used 2008 last week.

I have a question for you: Where did you get the “Home Sweet Home” plate on your door? Our plate is seriously messed up, and I love the idea of ordering an alternate to the standard one!

(And, yeah, we’ll have our XBOX in there too…)
