Mon, 10 Feb 2014 17:14:26 +0000http://www.riveted-blog.com/another-snow-day#comment-82Thanks Susan! And yeah, coming from Southern California I know the “drive to it” drill. We don’t get THAT much in Portland, so it’s always really exciting when we do. We have been in the snow with our 27′ Int’l some, yes. So far, not much drama with that. It’s always so nice and cozy in the Airstream when there’s snow outside!
Happy Trails to you too! 🙂

Mon, 10 Feb 2014 17:11:00 +0000http://www.riveted-blog.com/another-snow-day#comment-81Really enjoy your snow shots! Living on the Central Coast of California we don”t see snow unless we drive to it. We have a ’13 International Bambi, and can’t imagine being in the snow with it.I imagine you have? I enjoy reading about your adventures and we love traveling throughout Oregon and have family in McMinnville. Take care, and always Happy Trails!

Sun, 09 Feb 2014 01:55:47 +0000http://www.riveted-blog.com/another-snow-day#comment-80Doug!! I was just trying to comment on your recent post and I glitched it for my login and lost what I’d typed. I’ll try again.
Our driveway is about 200 ft long and about a 30 degree upward slope at 1000 ft elevation (so more snow than the rest of town), so it gets tough when it’s snowy/icy. I don’t think we “needed” them around town, but we usually need them to get down the driveway, and then…there we are and we’ve got chains on. 🙂

Sun, 09 Feb 2014 01:23:35 +0000http://www.riveted-blog.com/another-snow-day#comment-79I am a year round runner and my absolute favorite weather to run in is snow. It looks pretty majestic out there. I can’t believe you need chains! Seriously? Besaw’s looks pretty good. I just posted about some of your great product recommendations over the years.
