Yes, we love the hitch, and Sean did respond to us over the weekend. We&#039;re pretty handy and had it taken apart and diagnosed and fixed by the next morning (before he had time to respond) so all is good!

Sorry to hear about the problem you had with ProPride.  I have the same hitch for my 2012 Eddie Bauer.  As you&#039;ve initially experienced, it&#039;s a good hitch.  Sean Woodruff from ProPride is always ready to help, even after hours.  I haven&#039;t had problems with the hitch per se&#039; but had a couple of questions about the set up and he responded to me--one on a Saturday afternoon!
