I use real butter, a few egg yolks, and a maybe more lemon juice because we all like it lemony…a pinch of cayenne and salt. (Sometimes we cheat and get the little tub of already made hollandaise from Trader Joe’s, too. It’s surprisingly good.)

I’m SO glad you liked that fish en papillote! I use all kinds of other fish (halibut and other white fish is GREAT with lemon and olive oil and garlic and veggies). So easy and yum.

I use Yummy Soup (I dig the name) but I’ve been thinking of trying Paprika. 🙂

The scrumptious pic of the Crab Benedict made me want some for dinner too. Ok, tell me what’s a light hollandaise? Please, please, lie to me and tell me you do use butter! 🙂 Sometime last year during your coastal travels, you made a delicious salmon en papillote. I have made it at home and it is delicious and so simple! Thanks! Keep those recipes/pics coming too! Between you, Leigh and Monica, my Paprika app is getting full. Is that possible?! 🙂
