Heating was awesome all winter. Haven’t used it too much for the cool feature yet. I will say that I haven’t found a way to really clean out the area where all the air sucks in. (Where the million holes are around the base) It seems to collect every bit of lint and dust there … and I can’t find a way to take it apart to clean it, without taking out a million screws. Otherwise, we’re in love. Hope you like it!
