					<description><![CDATA[I do something similar to this but I use a julienne peeler to make spaghetti sized noodles.  I use carrots or any kind of squash.  It is a great way to up the veggies and ditch the empty carbs.  I&#039;ll have to check out the pod thing too!  ]]></description>
